Refund policy

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30-days from receipt of your order. As described below, we must receive your return request and a valid reason by email within that timeframe. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging.

    To Start a Return:

  • Send us a return request to info@slotshotusa.com with your order number, or proof of purchase, and your reason for the return.
  • If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a Return Identification Number (RID), a return shipping label, and instructions on how/where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving an RID will NOT be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your item(s) and contact us immediately if you've received damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s).


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Custom, personalized, and purchases made with a gift card are NOT eligible for a return.


Exchanges:
The easiest and fastest way to exchange your item(s) is to first send us a return request and upon approval, make a separate purchase for the desired item. Your original item return/refund will be processed once we receive the returned package.

 

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the returned items are confirmed to match your return request, then the order will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it can take 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you haven't received your return within 20 business days after we've approved your return, please contact us at info@slotshotusa.com.
